دور وتأثير الفواعل اللاتماثلية في مسار تفاعلات البيئة الأمنية الجديدة: تنظيم داعش أنموذجا

الملخص
تبرز أهمية هذا الموضوع في كونه تناول نموذج تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" أحد أبرز الفواعل اللاتماثلية التي تطمح من خلال استراتيجياتها المختلفة في أن تكون دولة فاعلة ناشئة ومؤثرة في البيئة الأمنية الجديدة خاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط قلب التوازنات الاستراتيجية وموقع جذب التنافس الدولي، وبناءً على ذلك ، تناولت هذه الدراسة في قسمها الأول مفهوم الفاعل اللامتماثل، أما القسم الثاني فخص حالة الدراسة تنظيم "داعش" من خلال تعريف كل ما هو مرتبط به وتحديد أهدافه واستراتيجياته المختلفة. وتداعياتها الأمنية في منطقة تعرف حالة من الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار بسبب تصاعد حدة الحرب السورية الذي يشكل التنظيم طرفا أساسيا فيها ؛ وواقعه بين احتمالية بقائه وانهياره في القسم الأخير ، وسيتم تحليل هذا الموضوع بالاعتماد على النظرية البنائية ومنهج الدولة الناشئة. The importance of this topic appears in the fact that it deals with the model of the Islamic State organization “ISIS”, one of the most prominent terrorist organizations that aspire through its various strategies to be an effective emerging and influential state in the new security environment, especially in the Middle East, the heart of strategic balances and the location of attracting international competition. Therefore, this study, in its first section, dealt with the concept of the asymmetric actor, while the second section singled out the case study of the "ISIS" organization by defining everything that is related to it and defining its various goals and strategies. and its security repercussions in a region that is experiencing a state of chaos and instability due to the escalation of the Syrian war, in which the organization is a major party; Its reality is between the possibility of its survival and collapse in the last section, and this topic will be analyzed based on the constructivist theory and the approach of the emerging state.
