الملخص

يتسم حل البرلمان بأن له عدة صور متنوعة قد تختلف باختلاف النظم النيابية التي أقرت بالحل، والنظام الدستوري الجزائري من بين هذه النظم، حيث أقر بحل المجلس الشعبي الوطني في جميع الدساتير التي عرفتها الجزائر. وعليه استهدفنا في هذه الدراسة معرف صور الحل التي وردت في التعديل الدستوري لعام 2020، حيث توصلنا أن المؤسس الدستوري أخذ من بين صور الحل صورتي الحل الوجوبي والحل الرئاسي. The dissolution of parliament is characterized by its many and varied forms which may differ according to the different parliamentary systems which approved the dissolution, and the Algerian constitutional system is one of these systems, as it approved the dissolution of the National People's Assembly in all the constitutions known in Algeria. Therefore, in this study, we have targeted the identifier of the types of the solution that were mentioned in the constitutional amendment for the year 2020, as we found that the constitutional founder took from the types of the solution my solution which is obligatory as well as the presidential solution.
