دور الممتلكات الثقافية العقارية في تطوير السياحة التراثية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص تُعَد الممتلكات الثقافية العقارية، جزء من التراث الثقافي الوطني. فهي لا تكتسي أهمية تاريخية وثقافية فحسب، بل تعتبر أيضاً مَقصَداً سياحياً مهماً يُسهِم في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد الوطني. ولن يتحقق ذلك إلا من خلال توظيف هذه الممتلكات في العملية السياحية، وهو ما يعرف "بصناعة السياحة التراثية"، حيث يعتبر التراث الثقافي المكون الأساسي لها، فبدونه لا تزدهر ولا تتطور. ولكن، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار، ضرورة إحداث صيغة توازن بين حماية التراث الثقافي العقاري وتطوير السياحة التراثية، بما يحقق الحماية والحفاظ على هذا الموروث الثقافي العقاري، وهو ما تسعى إليه مبادئ الاستدامة في النَّشاط السياحي. Abstract: Cultural property is a part of the national cultural heritage. Not only is it of historical and cultural importance, but it is also an important tourist destination which contributes to the advancement of the national economy. This can only be achieved through the use of such property in the tourism process, which is known as the "heritage tourism industry" where the cultural heritage is its main component, without which it does not flourish or evolve. However, taking into account, The need to create a formula that balances the protection of the cultural heritage of real estate and the development of heritage tourism, in order to protect and preserve this cultural heritage of real estate, which is what the principles of sustainability seek in tourism activity Keywords: Cultural property; heritage tourism; sustainability ; legal protection.
