الملخص

تعدّ الخطبة لوناً من ألوان النّثر الفنّي، وقد أصاب هذا الفن حظاً وافراً من النّمو والازدهار في الأندلس، وسنحاول في هذا البحث دراسة الحِجاج وآليّاته البلاغيّة، من خلال خطبة ابن الجنان الوعظية الدّينية بوصفه نموذجاً للدّراسة، وهو يركّز على دراسة الكلام في صفته الخطابية والجمالية وإبراز قيمة النّصوص التي تحوي تقنيّات حِجاجية باعتبارها عناصرا مهمة في النّصوص الأدبيّة. The sermon is a form of prose art, and this art has had a great deal of growth and prosperity in Andalusia, and we will try in this research In this research we will try to study argumentation and its rethorical It focuses on the study of speech in its rhetorical mechanisms through the sermon of Ibn Al- jinan as a case of study Indeed, the he focuses in his text on aesthetic qualities, highlighting the value of texts that contain argumentative techniques, as argumentation is an important element in ancient and modern literary texts.
