الملخص
On Ali Ahmed Aissa’ lecture This paper is a reading given by Dr. Ali Ahmed Aissa, professor of Sociology at the University of Algiers in the early seventies of the last century. The reading deals with Universities in the developed countries and in the Western countries. we think that it is still valid and beneficial despite of many developments and changes that have taken place in the world. we have introduced the reading and added some comments to clarify some points, which needed to be clarified. And the aim of publishing this reading is to discover what was going at that time in order to benefit from it.
