المثقف العربي بين سلطة الانغلاق وبوادر الانعتاق مقاربة ثقافية نقدية

الملخص

هدف البحث هو الكشف عن واقع المثقف العربي في المجتمع ومدى استقلاليته في التعبير عن آرائه الفاعلة في بنائه من خلال محاولة النقد البناء للسلوكيات والقيم الأخلاقية لمختلف الأفراد وتأثيره في توجيه الجماهير وخاصة المثقفين منهم. في حين أن المثقف الدينامي كثيرا ما يتصادم مع السياسي الذي يسعى دائما إلى محاولة احتوائه واستدراجه للتوافق معه ليجعل منه خاضعا وسندا لبث تصوراته في ظل هيمنة السلطة على الخطاب الفكري والثقافي مما قد يجعل السياسي وصيا على المثقف. هذا التصادم والتفاعل لا شك أنه قد يحرر المثقف نوعا ما من خلال إبداعه نقدا لمختلف القيم الثقافية السائدة في الحياة الفكرية والسياسية وكشفه عن آلياتها وإيديولوجياتها، فينتج عنه إمّا تفاعل فكري واحتكاك ثقافي إيجابي أو صراع فكري قد يفضي بالنخبة المثقفة إلى التنميط والعزلة، في حين أنّ جسر الحوار والنقد البناء لابد أن يكون قائما دائما خاصة في ظل التحولات الثقافية التي يشهدها العالم. ABSTRACT : The aim of the research is revealing the reality of the Arab intellectual in society and its independence in expressing its opinions in its construction by constructively the behavior, values of individuals and its effect in directing the masses and intellectuals. But the dynamic intellectual often clashes with the politician who seeks drawing him to agree and supportive to spread his perceptions because of power over media and cultural discourse, which give him power of control. This clash frees the intellectual by creating his critique of the various prevailing values in political life and revealing its mechanisms and ideologies. It results in either intellectual interaction and positive cultural friction or an intellectual conflict that may lead the educated elite to stereotyping and isolation, while the bridge of constructive dialogue and criticism must always exist, especially in light of the cultural transformations taking place in the world.
