دور العلوم الإنسانية في ترشيد الاجتهاد التّنزيلي

الملخص
ملخص: يتحدّث هذا المقال عن اقتراح فكري يقوم على ضرورة إعادة النّظر بجدّيّة في قضايا التّكامل المعرفي يبن العلوم المختلفة لاسيما تلك التي تجمعها شعبة واحدة، ومنها العلوم الإنسانية بمختلف أنواعها وتخصّصاتها من جهة والعلوم الإسلاميّة من جهة أخرى، وتسلّط هذه المقاربة الفكريّة التي هي موضوع المقال الضّوء على مدى استدعاء الاجتهاد التّنزيلي باعتباره حرفة الفقيه في حقل العلوم الإسلاميّة لمختلف أدوات العلوم الإنسانيّة والتي من شأنها أن تعمل على ترشيده وتسديده، فحاول هذا البحث اقتراح رؤية علمية تكشف عن كيفية تحقيق هذا التّكامل لنخرج من زمن الفصام بين علوم الدّين وعلوم الدّنيا إلى زمن التّلاقح والتّكامل والتّعايش المعرفي الذي حتماً سوف يكون رافداً للحضارة الإسلامية ومعيناً على الشّهود الحضاري والإنساني والعمراني والوجودي المنشود. . Abstract : This article talks about an intellectual proposal based on the necessity to seriously review the issues of cognitive integration between different sciences, especially those that come together in one division, including the various types of human sciences and their specializations on the one hand and Islamic sciences on the other hand, and this intellectual approach that is the subject of the article sheds light on The extent to which Ijtihad is summoned as the profession of the jurist in the field of Islamic sciences to the various tools of the human sciences that would serve to rationalize and repay it, so this research tried to propose a scientific vision that reveals how to achieve this integration so that we get out from the time of schizophrenia between the sciences of religion and the sciences of the world to the time of cross-fertilization, integration and coexistence The cognitive, which will inevitably be a tributary of the Islamic civilization and assisting in the civilization, human, urban and existential witnesses.
