الدولة الحديثة وإشكالية المرتكز الأخلاقي دراسة مقارنة بين مالك بن نبي ووائل حلاق

الملخص

ملخص: تتجه هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم مقارنة معرفية ومنهجية حول بنية الفلسفة الأخلاقية للدولة الحديثة بين اثنين من أساطين الفكر العربي والغربي على السواء في العصر الحديث والمعاصر، بداية من المفكر الجزائري مالك بن نبي-رحمه الله وختما بوائل حلاق، تفترض الدراسة أن الدولة الحديثة هي منتج غربي أوربي تأسس على سرديات الحداثة الغربية وبالتالي تختلف-جذريا-عما هو سائد في الأدبيات الإسلامية وتحديدا في المرتكز الأخلاقي، كما تعتبر الدراسة أيضا أن مالك بن نبي ووائل حلاق خلصا الى عجز الدولة الحديثة أخلاقيا نظير احتكامها الى مرجعية الفكر الغربي الحداثي ،وبالتالي الحكم بفشل تطبيقاتها في بيئتنا العربية والإسلامية نظير اختلاف مرجعية الحكم والفلسفة الخلقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدولة الحديثة، المرتكز الأخلاقي، مالك بن نبي، وائل حلاق. Abstract : This study tends to present a cognitive and systematic comparison of the structure of the moral philosophy of the modern state between two masters of arab and western thought alike in the modern and contemporary era, beginning with the algerian thinker malik bennabi - may god have mercy on him, and finally bael hallaq,this study assumes tha the modern state is a western european product that is based on western modernity narratives and thus differs - radically - from what is prevalent in islamic literature, specifically in the ethical anchor, and the study also considers that malik bennabi and wael hallaq concluded the modern state's moral impotence in view of its appeal to the reference of western modernist thought therefore, judging by the failure of its applications in our arab and islamic environment in view of the difference in the authority of governance and moral philosophy.
