أهمية تطبيق بعض مبادئ الحوكمة داخل المنشآت الرياضية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق بعض مبادئ الحوكمة داخل المنشآت الرياضية، من أجل تحقيق كفاءة الإدارة وتعزيز الثقة بينها وبين اللاعبين والجمهور وتدعيم إدارة المنشأة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وإختبار الفرضيات، تم إعداد استبيان وتحليله عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي spss، حيث تم توزيع 30 إستمارة عن موظفي المركب الرياضي الجواري بأفلو، وتم التوصل إلى تحقيق الهدف المرجو من الدراسة. ولعل أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، إلى أنه يعتبر المورد البشري والوسائل المادية إضافة إلى نشر فكر الحوكمة بجميع مبادئه، من بين المتطلبات الأساسية التي تساهم في تحقيق تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة داخل المنشآت الرياضية في الجزائر. This study aims to identify the importance of applying some principles of governance within sports facilities, in order to achieve management efficiency, enhance trust between it and the players and the public, and strengthen the facility’s management, In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was prepared and analyzed using the spss statistical program, Where 30 forms were distributed to the employees of the neighborhood sports complex in Aflo, and the desired goal of the study was achieved. Perhaps the most important results reached, is that it considers the human resource and material means, in addition to spreading the idea of governance with all its principles, Among the basic requirements that contribute to achieving the application of governance principles within sports facilities in Algeria.
