الملخص
من بدائع المؤرّخ اختيار وثائقة، وتنويع مصادره. والتاريخ في عمومه استثمار الوثائق. وقد قامت مدوّنات النوازل في صميم العمل التوثيقي لدى المؤرّخ، لما احتوت من نصوص حملت جزئيات الحياة اليومية، التي لم تستطع مدوّنات التاريخ أن تلامسها لخصوصياتها الدقيقة، رغم أنّها أصول التاريخ الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي. وتأتي المداخلة لتبيّن أهمّية المدوّنات النوازلية في كتابة التاريخ الحضاري للأندلس، وتطرق منظورا وثائقيا يبرز جانبا من التاريخ الحضاري الأندلسي في مكوّناته الدقيقة، من خلال نصّ مختار يكاد يكون نادرا من حيث قيمته التوثيقية، ومن حيث خصوصياته، حيث يقوم منه التحليل للتوجّهات السياسية في تأطير وحدة المجتمع من خلال رؤية معرفية وقانونية، لها أصولها النظرية لدى حاكم عالم بالمعنى المنهجي، ومثقّف بالمعنى المعرفي والاجتماعي. We say this is a magnificent historiographer when he chooses well his documents and diversifies his references. The history is generally the exploitation of documents, and the Nawazil’s thesis has taken a central place in the paperwork of the historiographers for carrying the details of the daily life. Unlike the historical thesis which couldn’t touch these details however it’s the origin of the social, the economic and the cultural history. The intervention shows the importance the Nawazil’s thesis in the write of the cultural history of Andalusia.And it discussed a documentary perspective that highlights an aspect of Andalusian civilizational history in its precise componentsThrough selected text that is almost rare in terms of its notary value, and in terms of its privacy. It analyses political trends in framing the unity of society through a knowledge and legal vision that has its theoretical origins from an enlightened ruler in the methodological sense and a well-educated in a cognitive and social sense.
