النظام القانوني للعامل القاصر في التشريعات العربية

الملخص
العامل القاصر هو من بلغ سن العمل ولم يبلغ سن الرشد وفق تشريع دولته، ونظرا لحاجته للعمل وللحماية، أبدت منظمة العمل العربية اهتماما كبيرا بمسألة الحماية، وبالتوازي مع ذلك نظمت التشريعات العربية فئة العمال القصر بقواعد تشريعية خاصة، إذ وجب عليها العمل بطرق مختلفة توفر لهم الحماية لاعتبارات صحية وتعليمية واجتماعية عن طريق السماح لهم بالعمل وضمان حمايتهم نظرا لإمكانية تعرض صحتهم أو أخلاقهم للأخطار، لكنها اختلفت حول أهليته، ومجالات الحماية، وأنظمة وحدود ممارسة النشاط. الكلمات المفتاحية: قاصر ؛ أهلية ؛ ظروف ؛ عمل؛ حماية. Abstract : Minor worker is a person who has reached the age of work but has not reached the age of majority according to the legislation of his country, given its need for work and protection, the Arab Labor Organization has shown great interest in the issue of protection , parallel to that,arab legislation regulate the category of minor workers with special legislative rules,it has to work in various ways to provide them with protection for health, educational and social considerations by allowing them to work and ensuring legal protection for them due to the possibility that their health, or morals are exposed to more risks, but she was differed on the eligibility of the minor worker, the domains of protection,the systems and the limits of practicing the activity.
