الملخص
يقع أسرى الحرب في قبضة الدولة العدو ويتم وضعهم في معسكرات خاصة، حيث يخضعون للقوانين و اللوائح والأوامر التي تنظمها، مما يستوجب ضرورة احترامها والتقيد بها، وإلا فإنهم يتعرضون للعقوبات التأديبية، وفي ذات الإطار لم تغفل اتفاقية جنيف الثالثة لعام 1949، على ضرورة منح الأسرى لكافة الضمانات المقررة أثناء تنفيذ تلك العقوبات من قبل الدولة الحاجزة. Prisoners of war fall under the influence of the enemy state and are placed in special camps, where they are subject to the laws, regulations and ordinances which regulate them, which requires their respect and respect, otherwise they are liable to disciplinary sanctions, and in the same framework the third Geneva Convention of 1949 did not neglect the need to grant prisoners For all the guarantees established during the application of these sanctions by the detaining power.
