الملخص
Abstract: The mechanism of administrative control in the tourism sector is of great importance towards creating a horizon for sustainable tourism development, and in vie w of the economic and political transformations that Algeria has witnessed, the government has approved regulatory and preventive measures to advancement of the tourism sector, in a manner that ensures its inclusion through administrative and legal control measures in order to preserve the elements of public order, "public security, tranquility, public health, morals, and aesthetics of cities" , Rights and freedoms, and in light of achieving the objectives of sustainable development in a way that values tourism capabilities and promotes development plans. :ملخص إن آلية الضبط الإداري في القطاع السياحي تكتسي أهمية بالغة نحو تهيئة أفق التنمية السياحية المستدامة، ونظرا للتحولات الاقتصادية والسياسية التي عرفتها الجزائر، أقرت الحكومة تدابير تنظيمية ووقائية للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي، على نحو يكفل شموله بإجراءات ضبطية إدارية وقانونية حفاظا على عناصر النظام العام "الأمن العام والسكينة والصحة العامة، والآداب، وجمالية المدن"، والحقوق والحريات، في ظل تحقيق مقاصد التنمية المستدامة و على نحو يثمن القدرات السياحية ويعزز خطط التنمية
