التفسير النفسي للسلوكات النمطية و علاقتها بشدة التوحد. (دراسة ميدانية )

الملخص
هدفت دراستنا إلى التعرف على علاقة درجة التوحد بدرجة السلوكات المتكررة المقيدة ، و إذا كان هناك فروق في السلوكات المتكررة المقيدة لدى الأطفال التوحديين لصالح جنسهم ، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على مقياس CARS-T لقياس شدة التوحد ومقياس EC2R لقياس شدة السلوكات النمطية المقيدة ، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 12 طفل توحدي ، و قد أجريت هذه الدراسة في كل من مركز الرمشي و دار الإحسان للأطفال المتخلفين عقليا و روضة جنة الأطفال بباب وهران . و قد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على وجود علاقة دالة و موجبة بين درجة التوحد و درجة السلوكات المتكررة المقيدة ،كما بينت كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور و الإناث في السلوكات المتكررة المقيدة . This présent research is, basically, used for the purpose of finding out whether there is any remarkable relationship between the intensity of the autism and that of the repetitive restricted behaviours, as well as checking if there is a significant difference in children’ gender. To achieve this end, the researchers have made use the scale of the CARS-T for the aim of evaluating the intensity of the autism and scale EC2R for the intensity of the repetitive restricted behaviors. The sample population selected in this study was composed of 12 autists children. It was carried out, accordingly, in the centers of AIN DEFLA and REMCHI for the children who are mentally handicapped. - a positive and major relation between the degree of autism and the degree of the restricted behaviours repetitive. - There is no significant difference between the boys and the girls in the repetitive behaviours restricted.
