الملخص
توفير أقصى درجات الأمن والسلامة للسائحين هو العنصر الأكثر تأثيرا للجذب السياحي والحركة السياحية، ولاشك أن تنوع الجرائم التي تتعرض لها الحركة السياحية يؤدي الى اضطراب الوضع الأمني وإلى تدهور السياحة، وكلما ازدادت المخاطر الأمنية انخفضت السياحة وتأثرت معدلاتها تأثراً شديداً وسريعاً، وقد تعرضت السياحة في دول كثيرة وفي مقدمتها الجزائر لمخاطر شديدة وعديدة، فظهرت جرائم سياحية متعددة تؤثر على تطور الحركة السياحية ونموها. من بينها جريمة تهريب الممتلكات الأثرية والتي هي موضوع الدراسة. Abstract : Providing the highest levels of security and safety for tourists is the most influential element of the tourist attraction and the tourism movement, and there is no doubt that the diversity of crimes to which the tourism movement is subjected leads to the disruption of the security situation and the deterioration of tourism, The greater the security risks, the lower the tourism, and its rates were severely and rapidly affected, and Tourism has been exposed in many countries, especially Algeria, to many severe dangers, so Multiple tourism crimes appeared, affecting the development and growth of tourism, Among them is the crime of smuggling archaeological property, which is the subject of this study.
