البعد التداولي في كتاب "آيات وأحاديث الأحكام لعبد الحميد بن باديس"

الملخص
أضحت التداولية اليوم علما جديرا بالاهتمام، تسعى من خلال توظيف آلياتها لدراسة العلاقة بين العلامة ومستعمليها، وقد نشأت التداولية في تربة غربية ومن أصول فلسفية وسميائية ولسانية، وأصبحت نظرية لها قوامها العلمي والمنهجي، غير أن هذا الدرس لم يكن وليد البيئة الغربية فحسب، وإنما عرف العرب الأوائل ملامحه وتحدثوا عنها في مدوناتهم اللغوية والبلاغية والدينية. وقد اهتم الإمام "ابن باديس" بالخطاب الأصولي من خلال جمعه لأحاديث وآيات الأحكام القائمة على عنصر الخطاب واستعماله، والمقام الذي تستند عليه هذه العناصر التي تعد ركائز أساسية في الدرس التداولي. ويروم هذا البحث رصد ملامح الدرس التداولي عند الإمام "ابن باديس" من خلال كتابه القيم "أصول الفقه آيات وأحاديث الأحكام من أمالي الأستاذ الإمام عبد الحميد بن باديس". Today, pragmatics has become a noteworthy science, seeking through the employment of its mechanisms to study the relationship between the sign and its users. Pragmatics originated in Western soil and from philosophical, semiotic and linguistic origins, and it became a theory with a scientific and methodological basis. However, this lesson was not only a product of the Western environment, but was known The early Arabs had its features and talked about it in their linguistic, rhetorical and religious blogs. Imam "Ibn Badis" was interested in the fundamentalist discourse through his collection of hadiths and verses of rulings based on the discourse element and its use, and the position on which these elements are based, which are essential pillars in the deliberative lesson. This research aims to monitor the features of the pragmatic lesson of Imam "Ibn Badis" through his valuable book "The Fundamentals of Jurisprudence: Verses and Hadiths of Judgments from the Hopes of Professor Imam Abdul Hamid Bin Badis".
