الملخص
The means of modern technology can also develop the interaction between teachers and students, which in turn often leads to development and improvement in the learning process. This will be one of the factors in gaining appreciation, which ultimately contributes to motivating them more, and technology changes the way in which teaching is carried out. In our research, we dealt with previous studies on distance education, the concept of a virtual university, studying some indicators, revenues of e-learning, models of some countries that have implemented distance education, and we mentioned in the conclusion the suggestions in the form of steps necessary to move to distance education. يمكن لوسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة كذلك أن تطور التفاعل بين الأساتذة والطلاب، مؤدية بدورها غالبا إلى تطوير وتحسن في عملية التعلم، سيكون هذا من عوامل نيل التقدير والتي تساهم في النهاية في تحفيزهم أكثر، كما أن التكنولوجيا تغير من الطريقة التي يتم بها التدريس. تناولنا في بحثنا دراسات سابقة حول التعليم عن بعد، مفهوم الجامعة الافتراضية، دراسة بعض المؤشرات، إيرادات التعليم الالكتروني، نماذج عن بعض الدول التي طبقت التعليم عن بعد، كما ذكرنا في الخاتمة الاقتراحات في شكل خطوات لازمة للانتقال إلى التعليم عن
