نموذج مقترح للمكتبة الذكية: مراجعة للأدبيات ودراسة تحليلية للمضمون

الملخص

تُساهم هذه الدراسة في توضيح مفهوم المكتبة الذكية والتعرف على المكونات الأساسية لها، قام الباحثان برصد الأدبيات التي تناولت مفهوم المكتبة الذكية، منذ عام 2003م كأول ظهور لمصطلح المكتبة الذكية في مؤتمر دولي، إلى عام 2020م. ولقد استُخدِم المنهج التحليلي كما استُخدِم أسلوب تحليل المضمون بغرض التحليل الموضوعي (Thematic Analysis) وتحليل الأوزان (Weighting Analysis)؛ وذلك بهدف اشتقاق المكونات الأساسية "للمكتبة الذكية". ولقد توصل الباحثان إلى أن هناك (3) عناصر رئيسة (متغيرات تابعة) والمتمثلة بالتكنولوجيا الذكية، الخدمات الذكية، والأشخاص الأذكياء، و(10) عناصر فرعية (متغيرات مستقلة) والمتمثلة بتقنيات التحول الرقمي، الوصول للمحتوى، مبنى المكتبة حسب مُواصفات المباني الخضراء، المسؤولية المجتمعية، توفر أدوات اكتشاف المعرفة بالمكتبة، المستخدم الذكي المشارك بالمعرفة، تدريب أمناء المكتبة الأذكياء لمواكبة للتطورات، رؤية واضحة للتحول الرقمي للمكتبة، إدارة المكتبة على أساس الذكاء الجماعي، رؤية واضحة لمكتبة المستقبل. وتقترح هذه الدراسة مُقاربة شاملة لبناء أو التحول إلى "مكتبة ذكية" من خلال النظر بشكل شامل إلى جميع مكونات المكتبة الذكية وهي التكنولوجيا الذكية والخدمة الذكية والأشخاص الأذكياء. This study aims at clarifying the concept of Smart Library and identifying the fundamental components of a smart Library. Thus, the researchers have studied the literature that addressed the concept of smart Library since 2003, as this was the first appearance for the term "smart Library" in an international conference to the year of 2020. Accordingly, the researchers conducted the study by using the content analysis approach for the purpose of subjective analysis and weighting analysis to derive the fundamental components of "smart library". As a result, the researchers concluded that there are three main elements (dependent variables) represented in smart technology, smart services, and smart people. Also, there were ten sub-elements (independent variables) represented in : digital transformation technology, content access, the building of the library according to green buildings standards, social responsibility, the availability of exploring knowledge tools in the library, the smart user who takes part in knowledge, training smart librarians in order to cope with new developments, a comprehensive plan and clear vision to the Library digital transforming, running libraries on the basis of collective smartness, and a clear vision to the future of the library. Finally, this study suggests a comprehensive approach to build or transform a library into "a smart library " by comprehensively looking at the main components of a smart Library, namely: smart technology, smart services and smart people.
