الملخص
أولى المشرّع الجزائري أهمّية كبيرة للصّحة العموميّة، ودعما لهذه الحماية سنّ قوانين مختلفة تكفل وقاية وحماية الصّحة العامّة والحفاظ عليها وترقيتها، حيث تسهر الدّولة على ضمانها في مجال الصّحة، كما تعمل على تجسيد الحق في الصّحة كحقّ أساسي للإنسان، وأمام ارتباط هدف حماية الصّحة العامة بضمان حماية البيئة وسلامتها، فإنّ المشرّع الجزائري عمد إلى تبنّي سياسة تشريعيّة صحيّة داعمة للسّياسة البيئيّة من خلال تكريس مبدأ الحيطة ضمانا لحفظ صحّة الإنسان وبيئته. Abstract : The Algerian legislator has devoted great importance to public health by enacting various laws that guarantee the prevention, protection, preservation and promotion of public health.Thus, the state ensures prevention, protection and promotion in the field of health, and it also works to ensure the embodiment of the right to health as a basic human right at all levels. Since there is a relation between the goal of protecting public health and ensuring the protection and safety of the environment, and in order to emphasize the human right to a healthy environment, the Algerian legislator has adopted a health legislative policy that supports the environmental legislative policy.This is through establishing the principle of precaution to ensure reconciliation between the requirements of protecting health and the environment.
