الملخص
تعتبر الشبكات الاجتماعية الحديثة من أهم آليات تشكيل وصناعة الرأي العام في وقتنا الحالي، حيث أحدثت فارقا كبيرا في مجال الاتصال، وتميزت بقوة التأثير نظرا لما توفره من معلومات وأفكار تسمح للأفراد بتشكيل رؤى خاصة بطرح أفكارهم وآراءهم، و تحويلها إلى حالة من النقاش والجدل اتجاه القضايا المطروحة في المجتمع خصوصا ذات الطابع السياسي، و ظهرت فعاليتها كبديل هام لتكوين اتجاهات الرأي العام بما أنتجته من أدوات، خصوصا مع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي سمحت للفرد في هذا الفضاء السيبيري التعبير بكل حرية، وإنتاج المحتويات الإعلامية، وجعله فردا متفاعلا مع ما يحيط به في بيئته من قضايا مختلفة. Modern social networks are among the most important mechanisms for shaping and making public opinion today, as they have made a great difference in the field of communication, and they have been characterized by the power of influence because of the information and ideas they provide that allow individuals to form visions for putting their ideas and opinions forward. In addition, it turned it into a state of discussion and debate toward the issues raised in society, especially those of a political nature, and showed its effectiveness as an important alternative to forming the trends of public opinion with the tools it produced, especially with social media sites that allowed the individual in this cyberspace to freely express and produce media content. And make it an individual to interact with the different issues surrounding him in his environment.
