نوعية الحياة لدى مرضى السكري : دراسة ميدانية بجمعية مرضى السكري بولاية المسيلة

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم نوعية الحياة للمصابين بداء السكري المنتمين إلى جمعية مرضى السكري بولاية المسيلة. ومعرفة البعد السائد في مقياس نوعية الحياة لمرضى السكري ضمن أبعاده الأربعة (الجسدي والاجتماعي والنفسي والبيئي) والكشف عن الفروق في نوعية الحياة لمرضى السكري والتي تعزى لكل من الجنس والمستوى التعليمي. تكونت العينة من (40) مريض ومريضة بالسكري مقسمين كالآتي (16) ذكور و (24) إناث تتراوح أعمارهم بين (20-60) سنة تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، المنهج المستخدم الوصفي الأدوات المستعملة في الدراسة "مقياس نوعية الحياة المعد من طرف منظمة الصحة العالمة (2004). وقد توصلت الباحثة على النتائج التالية: إن المتوسط الأساسي لإفراد العينة على المقياس ككل بلغ (76.03) والمتوسط النظري ﺒ(52) أي أن المتوسط الأساسي أكبر تماما من المتوسط النظري وعليه فإن نوعية الحياة لمرض السكري أنها حسنة وتتسم بالإيجابية وكذلك كشفت أن البعد السائد في مقياس نوعية الحياة لمرضى السكري هو البعد الجسدي أي أنه توجد فروق دالة في ترتيب أبعاد مقياس نوعية الحياة لصالح البعد الجسدي ثم البعد البيئي ثم النفسي وأخيرا بُعد العلاقات الاجتماعية. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد العينة في نوعية الحياة والتي تعزى للجنس وكذلك للمستوى التعليمي لمرضى السكري. Abstract The objective of this study is to evaluate quality of life of the diabetes related to the « diabetes association » of M’sila, This is to know how far is the measurement of quality of life of the diabetes through the four dimensions (physical-social-psychological and environment) and in order to find the part with of quality life’s of diabetes though the sex and the learning level. The sample is formed of (40) diabetes divided as follows : (16) males and (24) females, their age was between (20 to 60 years old, They have been purposefully chosen, The tool used in this study is « the measurement quality of life’s » done by « the world health organizations ». The researcher has managed to obtain the following results : the fundamental average measurement reached (76,03). The theoretical average measurement reached (52), this means that the fundamental average measurement is higher than the theoretical average measurement. We can say that life’s of the diabetes is positive and good. The researcher has found, too that the part with between the diabetes is (physical, then the age, then psychological, then social relations). At the end, there’s no part with in the quality of life’s of the diabetes and the learning level whether they are males or females.
