واقق ادماج خريجي نظام ل.م.د في سوق العمل : تخصص علم المكتبات و المعلومات نموذجا

الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة للتحقيق في واقع إدماج خريجي الجامعات في سوق العمل، و إبراز ما إذا كان خريجو تخصص علم المكتبات و المعلومات ما زالوا يعانون بعض العراقيل لخروجهم للعمل في المؤسسات الوثائقية أم لا، و باعتبار المعيقات الوظيفية تقف حاجزا أمام خريجي الجامعات لتحقيق ذاتهم، و قصد التعرف و توجيه الرؤى حول هذه الظاهرة و مالها من انعكاسات سلبية على خريجي الجامعات بصفة عامة و على تخصص علم المكتبات و المعلومات بصفة خاصة و عليه فإن الدراسة الراهنة تسعى إلى تشخيص الواقع الفعلي لجهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني، تحليله بشكل علمي، و تحديد مضامينه، خاصة ما تعلق منه بالمشاكل و العراقيل التي تواجه الشباب الجامعي المستفيد من عقود إدماج حاملي الشهادات، و بالرغم من أهمية هذه المهنة الا أنها تبقى كباقي المهن لا تخلوا من المشاكل و العراقيل التي قد تحول دون الأداء الجيد لعمل المتخصصين في هذا المجال، وعليه أصبح توظيف خريجي نظام ل م د من الجامعة الجزائرية عامة و تخصص علم المكتبات بالخصوص عائق ومشكلة لا مخاض فيها. This study came to investigate the reality of integrating university graduates into the labor market, and to highlight whether graduates of library and information science still suffer from some obstacles to their exit to work in documentary institutions or not, and considering functional disabilities as a barrier to university graduates to achieve themselves, and In order to identify and direct visions about this phenomenon and its negative repercussions on university graduates in general and on the specialization of library and information science in particular, the current study seeks to diagnose the actual reality of the professional integration assistance device, analyze it scientifically, and determine its contents , especially with regard to the problems and obstacles facing university youth who benefit from contracts for the integration of degree holders, and despite the importance of this profession, it remains like other professions, not without problems and obstacles that may prevent the good performance of the work of specialists in this field. Employment of LMD graduates from the Algerian University in general, and the specialization of library science in particular, is an obstacle and a problem that does not involve labor.
