ملخص : تسعى الدراسة إلى تتبع تطور موضوع الشرعية السياسية للأنظمة السياسية المغاربية في كل من الجزائر والمغرب وتونس ، وكيف أثرت مصادر شرعياتها المختلفة على الاستقرار السياسي واستمرار هذه النظم، مع التركيز على مقارنة تطور أنظمة هذه الدول واستكشاف القواعد المشتركة وأوجه الاختلاف بينهم، وكيف واجهت مشكلات وصعوبات في سبيل استمرارها واستقرارها بتنويع مصادر شرعيتها السياسية، وكانت أصعب مشكلة واجهتها الأنظمة السياسية المغاربية بسبب تآكل مصادر شرعياتها التقليدية هي انتشار حركة الاحتجاج الشعبي التي اجتاحت كل المنطقة انطلاقا من تونس. وللإجابة على هذه المشكلة افترضت الدراسة ثلاث فرضيات تتمركز حول تزايد لجوء الأنظمة السياسية المغاربية لتنويع إستخدام مصادر مختلفة للشرعية السياسية كلما تآكلت المصادر التقليدية من أجل الحفاظ على استمرارها واستقرارها، ولإختبار هذه المشكلة البحثية استعانت الدراسة بعدد من المناهج والإقترابات النظرية المساعدة للوصول إلى نتائج علمية. وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن أغلب مصادر الشرعية المستخدمة من طرف النظم السياسية المغاربية فشلت في الحفاظ على استقرارها، باستثناء مصدر شرعية الانتقال الديمقراطي الذي حقق نجاحا نسبيا في تونس ويحتاج إلى ترسيخ أكثر. Abstract: The study seeks to track the evolution of the issue of the political legitimacy of the Maghreb political systems in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, and how their various sources of legitimacy have influenced political stability and the persistence of these regimes, with a focus on comparing the evolution of their regimes and exploring common rules and differences, and how they have experienced problems and difficulties in sustaining and stabilizing them by diversifying their sources of political legitimacy. In order to answer this problematic, the study assumed three hypotheses centered on the increasing resort of the Maghreb political systems to diversify the use of different sources of political legitimacy whenever traditional sources are eroded in order to maintain their continuity and stability, and to test this problematic, the study used a number of approaches and theoretical approaches that help to reach scientific results. Finally, the study concluded that most of the sources of legitimacy used by the Maghreb political regimes have failed to maintain their stability, Except for the legitimacy of the democratic transition, which has been relatively successful in Tunisia and needs to be further consolidated.
