القضية الفلسطينية والمتغيرات الدولية - صفقة القرن تدويل التسوية أم تدويل للصراع؟

الملخص
ملخص كانت القضية الفلسطينية في جميع مراحلها قضية شائكة ومرّكبة، وكان التعّامل معها وتحليلها يقتضي دائما أجوبة مركبة قد يضيع الباحث أو المؤرخ في متاهاتها، ما لم يكن متمكنا من فهم الفكر السياسي الذي يتصارع على ساحتها، وما لم يكن ضليعا باللغة السياسية والمقولات الفكرية المؤسِّسة التي ولدت في سياق الصراع، وتبلورت من خلال تصارع وتفاعل القوى الفاعلة على ساحة القضية الفلسطينية التي تشكّل موضوع البحث. إن دراسة الصراع العربي الصهيوني على حقيقته وتحديد مجالاته ومضامينه عبر صيرورته التاريخية وإبراز أبعاده السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية بأدق حيثياتها تستوجب البحوث العديدة غير أننا سنركز على جانب المتغيرات الدولية والتي تعبر عن بعد عميق من هذا الصراع وخصوصياته، حيث يحضر البعد الدولي مصاحبا له نشأة وامتدادا وذلك محاولة للخروج عن الإطار التاريخي الذي يضع الصراع في شكل من الجمود. إذ نستبدل في أثناء تناولنا للأحداث التاريخية المقطع الطولي المتعارف عليه في قراءة الوقائع التاريخية بمقطع عرضي يأخذ بكل الحيثيات المصاحبة لهذه الأحداث. Abstract: The Palestinian issue was, in all its stages, a thorny and complex issue, dealing with and analyzing them always required complex answers that the researcher or historian might get lost in their mazes, unless he is able to understand the political thought that wrestles on its arena, unless he is well versed in political language and the founding intellectual sayings that were born in the context of the conflict, it was crystallized through the struggle and interaction of the active forces on the arena of the Palestinian issue, which is the subject of discussion. The study of the Arab-Zionist conflict for what it is, and to define its fields and contents through its historical process and highlight its political, social, cultural and economic dimensions in their most accurate terms require numerous research, however, we will focus on the aspect of international changes that express a deep dimension of this conflict and its specificities, where the international dimension comes, accompanied by its emergence and extension, this is an attempt to break away from the historical framework that puts the conflict in a form of stalemate, in dealing with historical events, we replace the longitudinal section recognized in reading the historical facts with a cross section that takes all the reasons accompanying these events.
