Control Of The Algerian Administrative Authorities For Imported Products

Abstract
The economic transformation adopted by Algeria for more than a decade led to a gradual withdrawal from the economic sector. This transformation of the state necessitated the development of effective means to control the movement of imported products, which protect the consumer's physical and moral interests, Being the weak party in the economic relationship. Therefore, the establishment of comprehensive protection for the consumer depends mainly on the means and mechanisms that will protect the interests of the consumer and ensure a balanced business relationship to professionals, including importers.
