التدريس بالعصف الذهنــي ودوره في تنميــة المهارات الفكريــة Teaching With Brainstorming And Its Role In Developing Intellectual Skills

الملخص

لم تعدّ عملية التّعليم والتعلُّم تهدف إلى الحرص على اكتساب المعارف بقدر ما تسعى لتنمية المكتسبات القبلية والبناء عليها، بل وتوليد الأفكار والنهوض بالجانب الإبداعي للمتعلمين على اعتبار أنَّ البنية المعرفية ليست سوى صورة للواقع المعيش؛ يقوم الفرد بإنشائها والتعبير عنها بصور مختلفة من خلال تفاعله النشيط مع واقعه ومتطلباته، من هنا ظهرت عدَّة مقترحات من طرف الهيئات الوصية لاستثمار المكتسبات القبلية كالتّدريس بالكفاءات وآلية التدريس بالخطأ وبالفروقات الفردية وغير ذلك، وتأتي إستراتيجية العصف الذهني كواحدة من المقترحات المقدمة والَّتي تهدف إلى توليد الأفكار والتركيز على (المثير) وعلى (الإبداع)؛ من خلال بناء علاقات تكاملية بين المفاهيم الموجودة في ذخيرة وذاكرة المتعلِّم، وما يتلقاه من معارف جديدة يتفاعل معها لتوليد مفاهيم جديدة يوظفها في حياته اليومية وفي المشاكل الَّتي قد تعترضه، ولعلَّ مصطلح العصف الذهني يثر عدّة تساؤلات على رأسها: ما المقصود بالعصف الذهني؟ ما علاقته بالتّعليم والتعلّم؟ ما هي أهمّ المبادئ الَّتي يقوم عليها؟ ما المزايا والأهداف الَّتي تروم إستراتيجية العصف الذهني تحقيقها؟ في هذه الوريقات البحثية سنجيب عن هذه الأسئلة وغيرها، وسنتوصل لنتائج هي بالضرورة خاتمة بحثنا في هذا الموضوع. The process of teaching and learning is no longer aimed at acquiring knowledge, as it seeks to develop and build on tribal gains, but to generate ideas and to promote the creative aspect of learners, since the cognitive structure is only a picture of the living reality that the individual creates and expresses in different ways through his active interaction with Reality and requirements. There are several proposals, such as investment of tribal gains, such as teaching skills, the mechanism of teaching error, individual differences, etc., and comes as a brainstorming strategy as one of the proposals, which aims to generate ideas and focus on (exciting) and (creativity) Integrating between the concepts found in the repertoire and memory of the learner and the new knowledge that interacts with them to generate new concepts he employs in his daily life and in the problems that may be encountered. Perhaps the term brainstorming raises several questions on its head: What is brainstorming? What is its relation to teaching and learning? What are the most important principles on which it is based? What advantages and objectives does brainstorming strategy aim to achieve? In this research, we will answer these questions and draw conclusions that are necessarily the result of our research on this subject.
