التداول السلمي على السلطة ومدة العهدة الرئاسية بين بدعة النظم الديمقراطية وحكم الشريعة الإسلامية Peaceful Transfer Of Power And The Term Of The Presidential Term Between The Heresy Of Democratic Systems And The Rule Of Islamic Law

الملخص
نجح الغرب عموما والإغريق على وجه الخصوص في التسويق الباهر لمنتوجهم العلمي والفلسفي، باعتباره منطلق كل الأفكار والنظريات والاكتشافات العلمية، فحين نرجع الى المعاجم والقواميس للبحث عن أصل ومعنى الكلمات والمصطلحات نجد أنها كلمات إغريقية معناها كذا وكذا، و نحن ننتظر اليوم الذي نجد فيه كلمة القرآن الكريم هي كلمة إغريقية الأصل ومعناها السرد والشعر والنثر.. فهذه الديمقراطية قدمت لنا على أنها كلمة إغريقية وتعني حكم الشعب وحددت لنا المعاجم تعاريف الديمقراطية وأبعادها ومتطلباتها، فمن حكم الشعب الى حرية الرأي والفكر مرورا إلى التداول السلمي على السلطة وتحديد العهدة الرئاسية ووصولا إلى قبول العيش مع الاختلاف، علما أن مصطلح الديمقراطية لم يتغير وما تغير هو مدلولاتها، وهنا علينا التوقف للتفكير لحظة في صحة هذه المزاعم، ومنه جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية بهدف البحث في مضمون الديمقراطية من حيث المفهوم وتطوره ودلالته واستعمالاته من جهة، ومتطلبات وأبعاد الديمقراطية التي لا تتماشى مع المنطق والعقل السليم ولا حتى مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية من جهة ثانية، خاصة إذا كانت آلية تجسيد الديمقراطية هي الانتخاب أي اختيار الأفضل لتولي المسؤولية فكيف تحدد للأفضل عهدة؟ وعليه فنتيجة الورقة البحثية تؤول أنه آن الأوان لإزالة اللبس والغموض والزيف عن العديد من المفاهيم التي أصبحت وكأنها مقدسة وغير قابلة للتغيير آو حتى التفكير في مضمونها. This Democracy was presented to us as a Greek word meaning the rule of the people, and dictionaries defined for us the definitions of democracy, its dimensions and requirements. Its meanings From the rule of the people to freedom of opinion and thought, through to the peaceful transfer of power and the determination of the presidential term, to the acceptance of living with difference, knowing that the term democracy has not changed and what has changed is its connotations. Here we have to stop and think for a moment about the validity of these allegations, and from this scientific paper came with the aim of researching the content of democracy in terms of the concept, its development, significance and uses on the one hand, and the requirements and dimensions of democracy that are not in line with logic and sound reason, not even with the principles of Islamic Sharia on the other hand, especially If the mechanism for the embodiment of democracy is election, i.e. choosing the best to take over responsibility, how is the best tenure determined for the best? Therefore, as a result of the research paper, it is interpreted that it is time to remove confusion, ambiguity and falsehood from many concepts that have become sacred and immutable, or even thinking about their content.
