القياد الاستراتيجية وإدارة الازمات

الملخص
إهتمت إدارة الاعمال الحديثة بإدارة الازمات من خلال البحث عن أفضل السبل وأنجع الطرق العلمية والعملية لمواجهتها وتقليل من أثارها، فإدارة الازمات تشمل جميع الأنشطة، الإجراءات، السياسات، والبرامج المعدة مسبقاً لحل الازمات بأقل تكلفة وبأفضل الوسائل الممكنة، وهذا كله لا يتم إلا بوجود قيادة رشيدة قادرة على الاستغلال الجيد للإمكانيات البشرية والمادية والتوجيه الصائب للأمور بكل عزيمة وحزم، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا إلقاء الضوء على القيادة الاستراتيجية التي تعتبر من الانماط الحديثة القادرة على مواكبة التغيير ومواجهة التحديات، وفعاليتها في الإدارة الجيدة للأزمات من خلال الاعتماد على العمل الجماعي وتفعيل نظام المعلومات والاعتماد على اليقظة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للاستغلال الفرص والوصول بالمنظمات إلى التطور والتميز المستمر. Modern business administration has been interested in managing crises by searching for the best and most effective scientific and practical methods to confront them and reduce their effects. Crisis management includes all activities, procedures, policies, and programs prepared in advance to solve crises at the lowest cost and with the best possible means, and all this can only be done with rational leadership. Able to make good use of human and material potentials and correct direction of things with determination and firmness, and through this study we tried to shed light on strategic leadership, which is considered one of the modern patterns capable of keeping pace with change and facing challenges, and its effectiveness in good crisis management by relying on teamwork and activating the information system. And relying on vigilance and strategic planning to exploit opportunities and lead organizations to continuous development and excellence.
