الملخص
في الوقت الذي ركزت فيه كثير من الدراسات، وخاصة الفرنسية منها، حول رائد المقاومة الشعبية الأمير عبد القادر ومؤسس الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة على الجانب العسكري المتمثل في معاركه وخططه العسكرية، وكذلك على الجانب السياسي والمتمثل في معاهداته وطريقة تسييره لشؤون دولته الناشئة، فإننَّا نجد المؤرخ الجزائري محمد الشريف ساحلي قد ركز في كتابه القيم "الأمير عبد القادر فارس الإيمان" على الجانب الإنساني والروحي في حياة الأمير، وقد بيّن المؤرخ أن الأمير قد ارتقى معارج المجد بفضل إنسانيته ونبله، At a time when many studies, especially the French ones, focused on the pioneer of the popular resistance, Emir Abdelkader and the founder of the modern Algerian state, on the military side represented in his battles and military plans, as well as on the political side represented in his treaties and the way he conducts the affairs of his emerging country, we find the Algerian historian Muhammad Sharif Sahli focused in his valuable book "Prince Abdul Qadir, Knight of Faith" on the human and spiritual aspect of the prince's life, and the historian has shown that the prince has risen to glory thanks to his humanity and nobility.
