الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم الأوقاف، وذلك من خلال الإلمام بمختلف الميزات الاقتصادية للأصول الفقهية وأساليب إدراتها والاستثمار فيها، باعتبارها قناة من قنوات تثمير أموال الزكاة، وتم أيضا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، إبراز وظائف وأهداف الأوقاف كمجال للاستثمار، وحكمه الشرعي، و خلصت الدراسة إلى تبيان الأهمية والنتائج المتوخاة من عملية الاستثمار في الأوقاف، ودراسة واقع الأوقاف في الجزائر. This study deals the concept of endowments, through knowlede o f the various economic characteristics, of the assets jurisprudential and methods of management and investment in this endowment assets , as a channel of investment almsgiving funds, have also been through This research paper , highlighting the functions and objectives .of the Endowment as an room for investment , and his legitimate the study concluded to demonstrate the importance and expected - results of the investment process in endowments, and study the reality of endowment in Algeria
