الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن قيم العمل لدى عمال وعاملات الجامعة الإداريين، ومعرفة ما مستوى ذلك لديهم، وهذا بتطبيق مقياس قيم العمل لصاحبته "اعتماد علام" على عينة من هؤلاء العمال، حيث أسفرت النتائج في هذا الصدد إلى وجود مستوى عال لدى العمال والعاملات في قيم العمل وهذا ما يساعد على السيرورة الجيدة للعمل، ومنه ينعكس إيجابا على العامل بشكل خاص وعلى المؤسسة –الجامعة- بشكل عام، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى سعت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الفروق بين العمال والعاملات في قيم العمل لديهم، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بيهما، وهذا يدل على أن قيم العمل لاتختلف باختلاف الجنس، فقد يكون تفاوت في بعد من الأبعاد لكن لا يؤدي إلى اختلاف واضح. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the work values of the university’s administrative workers and workers, and find out what level they have, and this is by applying the measure of work values to its owner ITIMAD ALLAM on a sample of these workers, where the results in this regard resulted in a high level among Workers and female workers in work values, and this is what helps the good process of work, and from it is reflected positively on the worker in particular and on the institution - the university - in general, on the one hand, and on the other hand, this study sought to identify the differences between male and female workers in their work values, and showed Results: There are no statistically significant differences between them, and this indicates that the work values do not differ according to gender. There may be a difference in one of the dimensions, but it does not lead to a clear difference.
