الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع نظام المعلومات للأمراض الإجبارية التصريح في القطاع الصحي الجزائري وتحديد أهم نقاط قوته ونقاط ضعفه والتحديات التي تواجه تطبيقه، وللوصول إلى ذالك تم الاعتماد على المقابلة مع مسؤولين في مختلف المؤسسات الصحية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا النظام يعد من بين أفضل أنظمة المعلومات المطبقة في القطاع الصحي الجزائري وأهمها لأنه لا يهدف فقط إلى توفير معلومات عن الأمراض وأماكن انتشارها بل يمتد إلى تحقيق اليقظة الصحية وتوفير معلومات مهمة تستعمل في الوقاية وحماية صحة المجتمع، إلا أنه يعاني من مجموعة من نقاط الضعف تتمحور أغلبها في إجراءات التنفيذ المتبعة، كما أن تطبيقه يواجه بعض التحديات أهمها ازدواجية المعلومات الناتجة عن استعمال نظامين ورقي وإلكتروني في نفس الوقت. Abstract: This study aims to diagnose the reality of the information system for obligatory notifiable diseases in the Algerian health sector and to identify its most important strengths, weaknesses, and challenges facing its application, and In order to achieve this, we relied on an interview with a sample of responsible in various health institutions. It was found that this system is among the best information systems applied in the Algerian health sector and most important because it aims not only to provide information on diseases and its spread, but also to achieve health vigilance and provide important information used In the prevention and protection of community health, However it suffers from a set of weaknesses, most of which revolve around the implementation procedures followed, and its application faces some challenges, the most important of which is the duplication of information resulting from the use of two systems, the traditional paper system and the electronic systems at the same time.
