أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على تحقيق ميزة تنافسية بمجمع صيدال

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على واقع استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة بمجمع صيدال وأثره على تحقيق المجمع لميزة تنافسية. ولقد تم الاعتماد على استمارة استبيان والتي وزعت على عينة مكونة من 290 فرد استرجعت منها 218 استمارة قابلة للتحليل الاحصائي. بعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام برمجية SPSS تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية متوسطة بين استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة والميزة التنافسية بالمجمع، وأن هناك تباين في اتجاهات المستجوبين نحو استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة يعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، السن، الخبرة المهنية والمستوى التعليمي والوظيفي. This study aims to find out the reality of using the enterprise resource planning system in Saidal complex and its impact on achieving a competitive advantage. A questionnaire was relied upon, which was distributed to a sample of 290 individuals, of which 218 were returned, subject to statistical analysis. After processing the data using the SPSS software, it was found that there is a moderate direct correlation between the use of the enterprise resource planning system and the competitive advantage in the complex, and that there is a discrepancy in the respondents' attitudes towards the use of the enterprise resource planning system due to gender, age, professional experience, educational and occupational level variables.
