الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور العدالة التنظيمية في الحد من ظاهرة الفساد المتفشية في الوسط الرياضي لا سيما في المؤسسات الرياضية وانعكاساتها على المحيط الرياضي ، و تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي على عينة من موظفي مديرية الشباب و الرياضية لولاية المسيلة و من اهم ما توصلت اليه دراستنا هو ان تطبيق عناصر العدالة التنظيمة يعطي الثقة للعاملين و الولاء للمؤسسة و بالتالي يبتعدون عن كل الممارسات السلبية . This study aims to highlight the role of organizational justice in curbing the phenomenon of corruption that is pervasive in the sports community, especially in sports institutions, its implications for the sports environment, and one of the most important findings of our study is that the application of organizational justice elements gives confidence to workers and loyalty to the institution and thus they move away from All negative practices. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de la justice organisationnelle dans la lutte contre le phénomène de corruption endémique dans le milieu sportif, en particulier dans les institutions sportives et ses implications sur l'environnement sportif. L'application d'éléments de justice organisationnelle donne confiance aux travailleurs et loyauté envers l'institution et évite ainsi toutes pratiques négatives.
