الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية خلال حكم الرئيس احمد بن بلة وهي الفترة التي دامت ثلاث سنوات من 1962 الى غاية 1965،حيث ارتبطت بأوضاع اجتماعية صعبة بسبب تأثير السياسة الاستعمارية التي خلفت ألاف اللاجئين واليتامى والمشردين ،إضافة الى أزمة بطالة حادة وعدم استقرار الاوضاع الداخلية نتيجة التنافس المحموم على السلطة؛ وهو ما عرف تاريخيا بأزمة صائفة 1962 التي كادت أن تعصف بالبلاد عرفت البلاد أحداثا سياسية واقتصادية في غاية الأهمية نتيجة ارتباط الجزائر باتفاقيات إيفيان وحرص فرنسا على استغلالها حفاضا على امتيازاتها، ومحاولة الجزائر التخلص من أعبائها من خلال عمليات التأميم التي باشرتها الجزائر بعد الاستقلال، كالأملاك الشاغرة التي تركها المستوطنون بعد رحيلهم وبعض الصناعات وصولا الى الصراع البترولي، مما أثر على مسار العلاقات بين البلدين بسبب تضارب المصالح، وأدى الى توترها في كثير من الاحيان The study aims to shed light on the Algerian-French relations during the rule of President Ahmed Ben Bella, a period that lasted three years from 1962 to 1965, which was associated with difficult social conditions due to the influence of the colonial policy that left thousands of refugees, orphans and homeless people. Should be in addition to a severe unemployment crisis, and the instability of internal conditions as a result of the frenzied competition for power, which is known historically as the summer crisis of 1962 that almost ravaged the country, and the country witnessed very important political and economic events as a result of Algeria's association with the Evian Accords and France’s keenness to exploit it to protect its privileges. And Algeria's attempt to get rid of its burdens, through the nationalization processes that Algeria undertook after independence, such as vacant properties left by settlers after their departure, and some industries up to the oil conflict, which affected the course of relations between the two countries due to the conflict of interests, and led to their tension in many cases.
