الملخص

الملخص : تسعى كل منظمة الى استغلال مواردها بشكل فعال و ذلك بهدف النمو،البقاء و الاستمرار،و الوقت من اهم هذه الموارد،فرغم انه متاح للجميع بالقدر نفسه،الا انهم يختلفون في كيفية استغلاله و التعامل معه، و هذا يرجع بالأساس لتعدد الرؤى حول ادارة الوقت، ولقد حاولنا من خلال هذا المقال التطرق الى خصائص الوقت و علاقته بنظريات ووظائف الادارة و كذلك العوامل التي من شانها ان تؤثر على ادارة الوقت و غيرها من العناصر المرتبطة بإدارة الوقت. Abstract : Every organization seeks to use its resources effectively for the purpose of growth, survival and continuity, and time is one of the most important resources. Although it is available to everyone equally, they differ in how it is exploited and dealt with. This is mainly due to the multiplicity of visions about time management , We have tried through this article to address the characteristics of time and its relationship to the theories and functions of management as well as factors that affect the management of time and other elements associated with time management
