Electronic Administartion And Its Role In Achieving Organizational Effectieveness In The Algerian Public Administration

Abstract

This study aims at investigating the contribution of the technological development in the field communications and shedding light on its empirical implementations such the electronic administration which is clearly manifest in governments, e- businesses, administrations, banks… The study also shows the required conditions by which the electronic administration can be applied. Furthermore, the study highlights the fields of empirical application of the electronic management in the Algerian administration.
