النظام التربوي وتنمية الموارد البشرية في الجزائر (الواقع والتحديات)

الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر النظام التربوي من أهم المقومات الأساسية لدفع عجلة التنمية الاجتماعية بجميع أبعادها، من خلال توجيه ودفع وتفعيل حركة الخلق والإبداع لدى الموارد البشرية، وقيادة مشروع النهضة والسير بالمجتمع صوب أهدافه بثبات. تم في هذا المقال مناقشة واقع النظام التربوي في الجزائر وانعكاساته على تنيمة الموارد البشرية، وكذا أهم التحديات التي تواجه هذه الموارد كمخرجات للنظام التربوي في ظل التطورات التي يشهدها عالم مستمر التغير، وذلك من خلال توضيح ما يلي: أولا: واقع النظام التربوي في الجزائر وانعكاساته على الموارد البشرية. ثانيا: التحديات العالمية التي تواجه الموارد البشرية كمخرجات للنظام التربوي في الجزاائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: النظام التربوي، التنمية، الموارد البشرية، المؤسسة الجزائرية. Abstract: Considering the educational system as one of the most important basic elements to promote the wheel of social development in all its dimensions, by directing, pushing and activating the movement of creation and creativity in human resources and leading the Renaissance project and moving society towards its goals steadily, we will try to address in this article the reality of the educational system in Algeria and its implications for the development of human resources , as well as the most important challenges facing these resources as outputs of the educational system in light of the circumstances known by a constantly changing world, by clarifying the following: First: The reality of the educational system in Algeria and its implications for human resources.
