الملخص

It was thought until recently that the competitive advantage created by all institutions consist of physical and financial assets, but to enter the era of technology and knowledge back of growing interest in the impact of strategic thinking and employ his removal to achieve results. The labor market today, like the rest of the markets of goods and services is governed by quality and competitive standards of the world lost note today that any product value is determined by the knowledge component of the value in this product, the latter is influenced by the quality of education, which contributes to the achievement of human capital with an economic value in advancing development.
