الملخص
Algeria In the context of a shift towards a market economy and directing economic liberalization has sought to integrate into the global economy, and not to stay in isolation from global economic developments and popped it through dialogue, which was initiated by the EC which resulted after a series of negotiations for the signing of the partnership agreement on 22 April 2002, to enter into force in September 2005, which allows progressive liberalization of foreign trade with EU countries. This is what makes incumbent on the Algerian state to reconsider its economic policy and in line with the requirements of economic globalization
