الملخص

This study demonstrates the impact of electronic commerce to improve the performance of banking management, and aims to advise us with the tools used by banking institutions to develop its services in the digital economy. We have identified, the payment instruments used, and the motives behind the application of electronic commerce, also covered the concept of electronic banking as an inevitable result of ecommerce, and at last we examine the situation of Algerian banks eheralded of the digital economy, and look at the changes in banking services. We have explained that electronic commerce has a positive impact on bank management performance, as reflected by changing the form of providing the service of banking from the traditional to the default format, as well as to reduce the time of a banking service, which gives greater flexibility to banking to access the large segment of customers and helps to reduce the costs of these services.
