الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد تأثيرات جائحة كوفيد - 19على أسواق العمل في الدول العربية وما صاحبها من إجراءات إغلاق جزئي وكامل للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتحليل سياسات سوق العمل التي اتبعتها الدول العربية لمواجهة تداعيات تلك الجائحة، فلقد تسببت الأزمة الاقتصادية الأخيرة الناتجة عن تفشي فيروس كورونا في فقدان ملايين العاملين لوظائفهم، حيث تسبب انتشار الوباء في تراجع فرص العمل في جميع القطاعات. توصلنا من خلال البحث إلى أن الانتشار السريع لفيروس كورونا ساهم بشكل كبير في تفاقم مشكلة البطالة وزيادة عدد العاطلين عن العمل، بالإضافة إلى تضرر أو إعلان إفلاس عدد من المؤسسات الاقتصادية. The purpose of this study is to attempt to identify the effects of the Covid- 19 pandemic on the labour markets of the Arab States and the accompanying partial and complete closure of economic institutions, and to analyse the labour market policies adopted by the Arab States to deal with the consequences of the pandemic. The recent economic crisis caused by the Corona virus has caused millions of workers to lose their jobs. The spread of the epidemic has led to a decline in employment opportunities in all sectors. We found through research that the rapid spread of the corona virus contributed significantly to the loss of jobs of many people, as well as to the damage or bankruptcy of a number of economic institutions.
