الملخص
ملخص في هذه الدراسة الموسومة بالمدينة والسياسة العمرانية تمت دراسة عملية التخطيط الحضري، وما لها من دور فعال في بناء أية مدينة وخاصة إذا تم مراعاة العوامل السوسيوثقافية باعتبارها المحكات الأساسية لتحديد سيرورة عملية التعمير، إلاّ أنه إذا أُهمِلت هذه العوامل ستكون هناك نتائج عكسية لما هو مرجوٌّ من عملية الإسكان، حيث ستكون هذه التأثيرات سواءً على الجانب الفيزيقي للمدينة وهذا من حيث توسيع أو تقليص عدد الغُرف أو تغيير المظهر الخارجيّ للمسكن أو من ناحية العلاقات الاجتماعية، وذلك ما يبرز من خلال سلوكيات لا تتماشى مع النمط العمراني المبنيّ، أين تستمر هذه البنى الفكرية في الفضاء الحضري، كما أنّ هذه الأنماط تجعل ساكنة هذه العِمارات يقومون بسلوك مضاد للمُحافظة على قيمهم التقليدية باعتبار هذه السكنات غريبة عن ذواتهم الاجتماعية، إذ أنّ كل منطقة سكنية تتميّز بأسلوب حياة خاص بها عكس ما يقول به "بارك"، وهذا عائد للسكان المُقيمين فيها. Abstract In this study, which is accompanied by city and urban policy, the urban planning process and its effective role in building any city are studied, especially if social and cultural factors are taken into consideration as the main criteria for determining the reconstruction process. The housing process, where these effects are either on the physical side of the city or in terms of expanding or reducing the number of rooms or changing the external appearance of the dwelling or in terms of social relations, and this is what arises through behaviors. This is not in line with the built urban pattern, where these intellectual structures persist in the urban space, and these patterns make the occupants of these buildings engage in anti-behavior to preserve their traditional values, as these dwellings are alien to their social values, where each residential area is characterized by its own way of life on The opposite of what "Park" says, and this is due to its residents.
