جريمة التعدي على البيئة البحرية

الملخص
ان هدف هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ظاهرة التعدي على البيئة البحرية، من حيث مفهومها واثارها والآليات القانونية المكرسة لمكافحتها والتصدي لها. وانتهت الى أن دول العالم وخاصة الجزائر تعاملت مع مشكلة تلوث البيئة البحرية من خلال تطوير النظام القانوني المتعلق بمعاقبة المتسببين في إحداث الضرر البيئي، فضلا عن مصادقتها على العديد من الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية الخاصة بحماية البيئة البحرية. Abstract: This study aims to identify phenomenon of encroachment on the marine environment, in term of this concept and effects, and the legal mechanisms to combating it. It concluded that the countries of the world especially Algeria dealt with the problem of pollution of the marine environment through the development of the legal system related the pollutionpunishment those responsible for causing environmental damage as well as their ratification of many international conventions and protocols for protection of the marine environment.
