الملخص

ملخص بعد تفاقم انتشار عصابات الأحياء و خطورة الجرائم المرتكبة من طرف أعضائها جعل الحكومة تبذل كل امكانياتها للقضاء على هذه العصابات و تضيق الخناق عليها ،من خلال اصدار ترسانة قانونية حديثة عملية أكثر من القوانين السابقة ،حيث حددت تعريف هذه العصابات و عنصر الاتهام والإدانة و التطبيق من خلال القانون رقم 20/03 الخاصة بالوقاية من هذه العصابات ،و الذي شدد العقوبات على عناصر هذه الأخيرة ، بالإضافة الى المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 21-123 المتعلق بتحديد تشكيلة اليات الوقاية من هذه العصابات و المتمثلتين في اللجنة الوطنية و اللجنة الولائية للوقاية من عصابات الأحياء و كيفيات سيرهما. After the spread of neighborhood gangs and the seriousness of the crimes committed by their members worsened, the government made all efforts to eliminate these gangs and tighten the screws on them, through the issuance of a modern legal arsenal that is more practical than previous laws, where it defined the definition of these gangs and the element of accusation, conviction and application from Through Law No. 20/03 on the prevention of these gangs, which tightened the penalties for the latter’s elements, in addition to Executive Decree No. 21-123 related to determining the composition of the mechanisms for preventing these gangs, which are represented by the National Committee and the State Committee for the Prevention of Neighborhood Gangs and How they run.
