الملخص
الملخص: ان البنك الدولي يعتبر من اهم المؤسسات الدولية المالية التي انشات بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية من اجل اعمار أوربا من خراب الحرب العالمية الثانية، ليتحول فيما بعد الى الية من اليات تمويل المشاريع الدولية لها صلة بحقوق الانسان، لان العالم أصبح يدرك ان التنمية والسلام والامن والصحة العالمية وغيرها مرتبطة بحقوق الانسان من جهة ومرتبطة مع بعضها البعض من جهة أخرى |،فهي اشبه بحلقات سلسلة فاذا اختلت حلقة فقدت السلسلة كلها ،وكا هذا وفقا الميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة وكل الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة بحقوق الانسان ،ليصبح فيما بعد من اكبر اهتمامات البنك الدولي بالتنمية المستدامة التي عرفت لأول مرة سنة 1987 في اطار عمل اللجنة العالمية للبيئة والتنمية وتصبح من اولويات عمل البنك الدولي بعد لقرا الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة لمبدأ التنمية في اطار ما يسمى اعلان الحق في التنمية سنة 1986 واعتباره حق من حقوق الانسان وفقا لنص المادة الأولى الفقرة الأولى من الإعلان.
