دور الهيئات الوطنية لحماية المصنفات الرقمية في القانون الجزائري

الملخص
تعد المصنفات الرقمية جزء هام من حقوق الملكية الفكرية و الأدبية و هي أحدث ما أنتجته الثورة التكنولوجية منذ ظهور الحاسبات الالكترونية ، و قد تكرست الحماية القانونية لهذه المصنفات بصدور قانون حقوق المؤلف و الحقوق المجاورة كونها جزء من المصنفات الأدبية و الفنية الجديرة بالحماية. وقد خص المشرع الجزائري هذه المصنفات بحماية قانونية، مدنية و جزائية ، باستحداث هيئات تسهر على ذلك إلى جانب الهيئات التقليدية كالقضاء و الإدارة الجمركية. Abstract: Digital works are an important part of intellectual and literary property rights, and they are the latest products produced by the technological revolution since the emergence of electronic computers. Legal protection for these works has been established by the issuance of the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law, as they are part of literary and artistic works worthy of protection. The Algerian legislator has singled out these works for legal, civil and penal protection by creating bodies to ensure this in addition to the traditional bodies such as the judiciary and customs administration.
