الملخص
أصبح العالم اليوم على وقع الاستحداث الذي صاحب التطور التكنولوجي في شتى المجالات، والتي تنبئ على ثورة معرفية ورقمية هائلة، إذ أنها اختصرت كل المسافات وجعلت من المفاهيم الموصولة بمقتضى التحولات والمتغيرات في حيزها ودوائرها الخاصة بها، ولهذا كان البناء الاجتماعي على إثر هذا في درج المحصلات الاستحداثية للسلوكيات والفعال وكذا ما يتواتر من تصورات فكرية، إذ أصبح في كل مجتمع في ضل هذا يتخبط في حالة من الأنومي المتقدمة بتصورات لها تموجات وتقلبات كثيرة صاحبت معها تصحرا قيميا وأفرزت أرضية خصبة من الانحرافات وكذا أنماطا استحداثية على مستوى السلوك والفعال في دوائر الجرم الرقمي. The modernity of behaviors and actions, as well as the recurrent intellectual perceptions, as it has become in every society in the light of this floundering in a state of advanced anomie with perceptions that have many fluctuations and fluctuations accompanied by value desertification and produced a fertile ground of deviations as well as innovative patterns at the level of behavior and effectiveness in the circles of digital crime.
