الملخص
القرآن فريد، متعدد الأبعاد، ييسر اكتشاف بعض خباياه، وكل نظر، قد يتيح مضامين لا متناهية تناسب كل واقع. وعنوان البحث: "المصطلح القرآني ودوره في تدقيق المضمون الشرعي، محاولة لتجديد تفهيم القرآن في زمن الكورونا، توضيح المفهوم لتحقيق القيمة". ويقترح منهجية تبتغي تفهيم كتاب الله للناس، وهو بذلك بحث وصفي تحليلي، وأهم ما يروم كشفه، أن: 1- عملية التفهيم عملية معقدة تحتاج لتملك جملة من الآليات. 2- النظرة الشمولية تنتج عن تدبر مرتبط بالواقع. 3- مدارسة القرآن تجعل الفهم والتفهيم مترابطتين في تحويل الفهم عن الله إلى سلوك. الترجمة إلى الإنجليزية: Summary: The Quranic term and its role in checking the legal content An attempt to renew the understanding of the Qur’an and its study in the time of Corona The Qur’an is unique, multidimensional, facilitating the discovery of some of its secrets, and each view may offer endless contents that fit every reality. The title of the research: "The Quranic term and its role in scrutinizing the legal content, an attempt to renew the understanding of the Qur’an in the time of the Corona, clarifying the concept to achieve value." He proposes a methodology that seeks to understand the Book of God to people, and by that it is a descriptive and analytical research, and the most important thing that seeks to uncover is that: 1- The process of understanding is a complex process that requires possession of a set of mechanisms. 2- The holistic view results from contemplating reality. 3- Studying the Qur’an makes understanding and understanding interdependent in transforming understanding about God into behavior.
