الملخص

ملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة الأحكام الخاصة بتحرير رأس مال الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة، في محاولة لتقييم التعديل الذي حمله القانون رقم 15-20، ضمن تساؤل عام هو؛ هل راعى المشرع الجزائري عند هذا التعديل الارتباط الموجود بين مختلف المواد الناظمة لهذا النوع من الشركات؟ وقد اقتضت الإجابة عن هذا التساؤل بحث محورين أساسيين الأول يتعلق بتحرير رأس المال التأسيسي، والثاني تتعلق بتحرير رأس المال حالة زيادته Abstract: This study examines the rules related to the capital liberation of the limited liability company. as an attempt to evaluate the amendments that Law No. 15-20 contented them. within a general question, did the Algerian legislator take into account, in this amendment, the link between the various Regulations for this type of company? The answer to this question required to study two main sections, The first section of this paper examines seed capital liberation and the second one examines the liberation of the capital in the case of increasing.
